UCR School of Business Behavioral Lab

Realizing the growing importance of experimental research in all areas of business, including marketing, management, finance, and accounting, the UCR School of Business established a Behavioral Laboratory in 2009. The lab supports 32 desktop computers for conducting experiments. UCR students can take part in experiments for cash or gift card rewards that are often contingent on task performance.

UCR School of Business faculty and Ph.D. students have been conducting experiments in areas including consumer decision making, negotiations, human resources, group work, creativity, and ethics. It has been a major factor in establishing UCR School of Business as a leading hub for experimental and behavioral business research.
