Darin Anderson serves as CEO and Chairman for Salas O'Brien, a leading national engineering, architecture and construction management firm with 175 team members. Their focus is on critical infrastructure, data centers, telecom, university/education and health care. Anderson is also the chairman of Convoy Technologies, LLC, a leading fleet solutions company, and a partner with Gutierrez & Anderson, a CPA and Advisory firm. Prior to Salas O'Brien, Anderson was the President and CEO of Linc Electric (now ABM Electric) an industry leading provider of electrical and energy solutions.

Erik Anderson is currently the President of the Anderson Financial Corporation and Chief Operating Officer of the A. Gary Anderson Family Foundation. Prior to his work at Anderson Financial, He was the Vice President of Trading at Directors Mortgage Loan Corporation from 1988-1995. Erik currently serves as an advisor for Savant Semiconductor and Communities for Cause.

Tyson M. Avery is Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for CBRE, Inc. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Avery served as the Director of Ethics & Compliance of ITT Defense. In this role, Mr. Avery built an integrated and sustained ethics and compliance program for a $6Bn organization in the aftermath of one of the largest regulatory prosecutions in US history, including over $100 million in fines and remediation.

After retiring from Ernst & Young in 1996, Joe Barr joined Swenson Corporation as Principal in charge of audit practice, and continues to practice in that capacity. He became a partner in Swenson Advisors in January 2003 and serves as the concurring partner on all attest engagements including SEC, as well as lead partner on several private companies. He is also involved in numerous Riverside community organizations.

Dan Benner

Principal, HMC Architects

Dan Benner joined HMC Architects in 2009 and has helped more than 25 school districts modernize and expand their facilities the past 25 years. His experience includes the Glen Helen Regional Amphitheatre outdoor performing arts facility in Devore and several prominent civic projects for the County of Riverside. Benner graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly Pomona.

Darin DeCarlo is a Senior Principal at QuintilesIMS, the world’s largest provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services with a network of more than 50,000 employees conducting business in approximately 100 countries.  In his current position he consults healthcare companies on optimizing new product launches.  DeCarlo has 25 years experience in commercial senior leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical industry - including marketing, sales, operations, and access/reimbursement.  Prior to his current position he served as Vice President of Sales and Managed Markets at ACADIA Pharmaceuticals.  He obtained both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from UC Riverside.

Frank EscobedoFrank Escobedo

Director, Asset Management, GE Energy

Francisco Escobedo is the Director of Asset Management for GE Power & Water's Inland Empire Energy Center, LLC, an 800MW natural gas fired electricity generating facility located in Menifee, CA. Prior to his role at the Inland Empire Energy Center, LLC, Francisco held various positions of increasing responsibility in Sales and Project Management over a 22-year career with GE Aviation.

Robert Field currently serves the County of Riverside as Assistant County Executive Officer/Economic Development Agency (EDA). Prior to becoming an Assistant CEO/EDA, Field was Director of the County's Department of Facilities Management, which had a staff of over 600.

Thomas Galindo is the Market President for BBVA Compass and is responsible for the development, oversight and management of the Commercial Banking unit within the Inland Empire and San Gabriel Valley markets. He worked for Bank of America and Wells Fargo for 12 years and Transamerica for 14 years. He earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and MBA from USC.

Gutierrez is the partner at Gutierrez and Anderson, a business advisory and accounting firm that provides services to clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County, and is a member of the board of directors of Convoy Technologies, LLC. Prior to forming Gutierrez and Anderson, he spent several years at Ernst and Young. Gutierrez holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from UC Riverside and a Master's degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Liu has extensive experience in U.S. Non-Resident Alien investment vehicles and has worked with high net worth Asian clients with complex NRA taxation issues. Yunzeng Wang joined the faculty of the UCR School of Business Administration (SoBA) in July 2008 as the Dean's Distinguished Scholar in Supply Chain Management and Professor of Finance and Management Science. He has served as Associated Dean of Academic Programs. Dean Wang's research interests include supply chain management, technology acquisition and adoption strategy, US-China economic development and trade, stochastic optimization, and game theory.
